Has practiced law in New York for more than 40 years.

  • Until the end of 2008, he retired as a Senior Partner in the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in which he was a member for almost 30 years and today serves in an Of Counsel capacity at the firm, which today is now called Norton Rose Fulbright US, LLP and has almost 4,000 lawyers in 55 offices worldwide.
  • Initially practiced law in the Law Department of the City of New York and then became General Counsel of New York City’s Department of Consumer Affairs under Commissioner Bess Myerson.
  • In 1974, joined the 40 lawyer law firm of Reavis & McGrath, where he became a Partner in the Litigation Department in 1979, specializing in commercial disputes in the Federal and state courts throughout the United States.
  • In 1980, he joined the corporate department of the firm and worked on a variety of commercial transactions ranging from general corporate work, financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • In 1989, Reavis & McGrath had grown to approximately 140 lawyers and merged with another law firm, Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., with approximately 600 lawyers.
  • In 1995, he was asked to take over Fulbright’s Israeli practice and to assist the Firm both in developing and creating new personal and professional relationships as well as developing new clients, a practice which he headed until his retirement.
  • He visited Israel 120 times and through his efforts, the firm was engaged to handle diverse assignments for Israel-based companies, venture funds and private entrepreneurs, particularly financings through public and private offerings of securities as well as assisting in developing strategies to establish a U.S. presence through acquisitions, licensing arrangements and joint ventures with U.S. companies.
  • In addition to the assignments referred to above, he has brought a broad breadth of experience and perspective to assignments involving marketing and distribution, employment and other types of agreements involving intellectual property, labor, environmental and real estate matters.

Dr. Rolf Erdmann

Dr. Rolf Erdmann is a respected scientist and engineer within the space community.

Rolf holds several degrees and licenses in the field of aerospace, received his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany (RWTH), and held the position of Assistant Professor at UTMB, Galveston, USA for over a decade. He became one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Spacewalk Systems Experts on or off this globe, holds multiple records, and received many awards throughout his career.

In addition, Rolf is a successful entrepreneur as well, in one of the most demanding business arenas: space exploration. Rolf has worldclass Teambuilding skills and a strong interest in other people’s unique abilities and developments.

Rolf is driven by a thirst for technological advancement, science and a “truth-seeker”, well aware of the strong limitations of science and rationale thought. He does not let his rationale mind get into the way of his own spiritual intelligence and continuous spiritual growth. In fact, Rolf believes that remaining openminded and lifelong learners in a purpose driven life, is among the highest goals we humans can achieve in life.

Dr. Rahul Varma

Dr. Rahul Varma, a multifaceted corporate executive and philanthropist with a distinguished career spanning more than four decades.

Dr. Varma’s career is marked by both executive achievement and compassionate service. He has held senior strategic positions such as Director, Vice Chairman, CEO, and President in India, particularly in infrastructure development, tourism, and agro-industries. On the international front, he has represented organizations at the United Nations and collaborated with global NGOs across multiple causes, including women’s empowerment, education, peace, and humanitarian service.

Currently, Dr. Varma is Vice Chairman & CEO of the Acid Survivors & Women Welfare Foundation (ASWWF) in India, a leading NGO supporting acid burn survivors, trafficked and rural women’s empowerment. He also directs the Universal Spirituality & Humanity Foundation, organizer of the globally recognised World Confluence of Humanity, Power & Spirituality. As Secretary General of the West Bengal Federation of United Nations Associations (a foundation in consultative status with UN ECOSOC), he has addressed sessions at the UN Headquarters in New York. Additionally, he serves as advisor to educational institutions and corporations and is a sought-after motivational speaker internationally.

Dr. Varma has been honoured with many awards including the Doctorate of Philosophy degree, recognition as Indian Humanitarian Ambassador at the United Nations, as well as numerous national and international awards for leadership and service. He has also been conferred the title of Honorary Datu of the Royal Maharlika, acknowledging his unparalleled contributions to humanity and global peace.
